Why Cuddlefish Mocs?
Cuddlefish Mocs are essentially our version of a crib shoe, but better! These shoes are even great for toddlers too! With this design, we have developed a seamless product, created with the highest quality materials, constructed meticulously with your child’s comfort in mind. The ergonomic design allows for your child to learn to walk and balance without a bulky, unforgiving sole getting in the way. They allow their little feet to move and bend appropriately with each step, while still providing comfort and protection. The non slip, heat resistant material used for the soles and shell toe help with the overall integrity of the shoe. No itchy or uncomfortable seams to worry about, as they are completely seamless, and lined with the coziest velours. With the width, elastic ankle support and typically stretchy outer material, we can accommodate a broader spectrum of sizes! It can be challenging to find shoes to fit those perfectly chubby little feet! But not anymore.. these mocs are a moms best friend! So many cute styles to choose from and every pair is unique! No laces or buckles to fuss with, just slip them on and go!!

I’m a mommy to two sweet little boys, and they are the reason Cuddlefish exists! When my first son started crawling, he would develop raw sores on his toes from the constant rubbing along the floors surface. Socks wouldn’t stay on his feet, and cute micro size chucks and vans were just too clunky and cumbersome. Crib shoes were so expensive and often times too tight on his chubby little ankles. So from there, I set out to create something that would accommodate most shapes and sizes, something super cute and different and appeal to other moms too! This evolved as I found that I had a genuine love for this skill and I decided that sewing just mocs wasn’t enough. I then branched out and started trying my hand at pretty much any pattern I could find. I was hooked.
It's taken a lot of trial and error, tweaking the pattern and adjusting sizes over time, but fast forward almost 10 years later, and they are exactly what I had envisioned from the start! Sewing is my passion, plain and simple. Being able to provide a product that I’m so proud of and getting such a positive response from everyone has just been the icing on the cake. I will start here with mocs, and slowly be adding in other makes as I see fit! If you have read this far, I appreciate you being here, and thank you for supporting my dreams!
